Meet Nick

Born and raised in the Philippines, Nick moved to Northern California, attended high school in Roseville, and earned a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Sacramento State University. He "earned his wings" while serving in the Air Force and has spent the past eighteen years as a pilot, now flying international routes for Delta Air Lines.

Nick’s interest in real estate began with a desire to expand his business knowledge and better understand real estate as a way to invest and build long-term wealth. His engineering, military, and aviation background gives him a thoughtful, analytical approach, while his focus on transparency and real-world data helps clients feel informed and confident throughout the process. Whether buying, selling, or investing, Nick enjoys helping clients understand their options, navigate the details, and make decisions that support their goals.
